I’ll start my BetUS review with a little background info about the company, which should shed some light on why it has a bad rep. The sportsbook has been online since 1994 according to the info I found on its website. Its first big break happened in the early 2000s when the popularity of online betting started increasing rapidly. BetUS is an online casino that has been in existence since 1994. To many players, BetUS is a haven of casino games and sportsbook combined. Currently, the casino site boasts of over 300 games ranging from table games to online slots. The gambling site accepts players from many countries in the world, including the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
BetUS player:
I signed up to BetUS and deposited $1000 for a $1000 freeplay with a 60 day hold and a 12x rollover. After winning with my freeplay ($1000 @ +140) and accumulating a balance of around $2950 I placed a wager but was then unable to log in to my account. After phoning customer services I was told my wager would stand and that once the wager was graded I would either be paid my outstanding balance or (as I had wagered my balance in its entirety) be closed down for good. My wager won ($2950 @ -150) and after a week or so I was paid $3516. After reading the recent reports of what has occurred when players accounts have been closed I double checked all the figures and discovered that they had indeed withheld $1400 worth of bonus winnings from me which I was not 'entitled to' as I had 'not completed the rollover'.I do not exactly expect to have the money returned me but I would like to highlight that the 5 cases or so reported on the front page aren't the only cases of witholding bonus winnings after partial completion of the rollover.
